YAAH — Privacy Policy

YAAH (“the App”, “we”) lets you talk to AI coding assistants by text and voice, and connect them to your own computers. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We do not sell your personal data.

Information we collect

• Account: your email address and login credentials (password stored only as a salted hash), used to create and secure your account.
• Chat content: the text messages you send to and receive from the AI assistant, so we can provide the assistant service and show your history across your devices.
• Voice audio: when you use press-to-talk, the audio you record is sent to be transcribed and answered. It is used only to fulfill your request (App Functionality).
• Photos & files: images, videos, or files you choose to attach and send to the assistant. We access your camera/photo library only when you explicitly pick or capture something to send.
• Usage & diagnostics: basic usage counts (e.g. quota) and crash/error diagnostics to keep the App working. These contain no message content or credentials.

We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and the App contains no third‑party advertising SDKs.

How we use your information

• To provide the core service: run your AI assistant, deliver replies, and sync your chat history to your devices.
• To operate and secure your account (sign‑in, verification, abuse prevention).
• To diagnose crashes and improve reliability.

Sharing & third parties

To answer your requests we send the necessary content (your message, and any audio/image you attach) to the AI model providers that power the assistant. The default providers depend on the task: DeepSeek for text, Groq for voice, MiniMax for images, and Google for video; when you use your own chosen agent or API key, the content goes to the provider you select (such as Anthropic or OpenAI). They process it to generate a response under their own terms. We only share data with providers whose terms offer the same or a comparable level of protection for your data. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

Data retention

We keep your account and chat history until you delete them or delete your account. Diagnostics are retained only as long as needed to fix problems.

Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account from inside the App: Me → Account → Delete account. This removes your account and associated data (chats, voice, AI memory, device pairings, and usage). If you purchased a subscription, cancel it separately on our website.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Your choices

• Grant or deny microphone, camera, and photo access in your device Settings at any time.
• Delete individual data or your whole account from within the App.

YAAH(“本应用”“我们”)让你用文字和语音与 AI 编程助手对话,并把它们连到你自己的电脑。本政策说明我们收集什么、如何使用,以及你的选择。我们不会出售你的个人数据。

我们收集的信息

• 账号:你的邮箱与登录凭据(密码仅以加盐哈希存储),用于创建和保护你的账号。
• 聊天内容:你与 AI 助手往来的文字消息,用于提供助手服务并在你的设备间同步历史。
• 语音音频:使用“按住说话”时,你录制的音频会被发送以转写并作答,仅用于完成你的请求(App 功能)。
• 照片与文件:你主动选择附加并发送给助手的图片、视频或文件。只有当你明确选择或拍摄内容发送时,我们才访问相机/相册。
• 使用与诊断:基础使用计数(如额度)与崩溃/错误诊断,用于保障应用运行。这些不含消息内容或凭据。

我们不会跨其他公司的应用或网站追踪你,应用内也没有任何第三方广告 SDK。

我们如何使用

• 提供核心服务:运行你的 AI 助手、返回回复、把聊天历史同步到你的设备。
• 运营与保护你的账号(登录、验证、防滥用)。
• 诊断崩溃、提升稳定性。

共享与第三方

为回答你的请求,我们会把必要内容(你的消息,以及你附加的音频/图片)发送给驱动助手的 AI 模型提供商。默认服务商按用途而定:文本用 DeepSeek、语音用 Groq、图片用 MiniMax、视频用 Google;当你选用自己的 agent 或 API key 时,内容发给你选用的服务商(如 Anthropic、OpenAI),由其按各自条款处理以生成回复。我们只与其条款对你的数据提供同等或相当水平保护的服务商共享。我们不出售或出租你的数据,也不为广告目的共享。

数据保留

在你删除内容或删除账号之前,我们会保留你的账号与聊天历史。诊断信息仅在修复问题所需期间保留。

删除账号

你可以在应用内永久删除账号:「我」→ 账号 → 删除账号。这会删除你的账号及相关数据(聊天、语音、AI 记忆、设备配对、用量)。若你购买了订阅,请另在我们的网站单独取消。

儿童

本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童,我们不会有意收集其个人信息。

你的选择

• 可随时在设备设置中授予或拒绝麦克风、相机、照片权限。
• 可在应用内删除单项数据或整个账号。
